What we offer...

Residential Inspection

Inspection reports should describe the major home systems, their crucial components, and their operability, especially the ones in which failure can result in dangerous or expensive-to-correct conditions. Defects should be adequately described, and the report should include recommendations.  See Standards of Practice

Reports should also disclaim portions of the home not inspected. Since home inspections are visual inspections, the parts of the home hidden behind floor, wall and ceiling coverings are disclaimed.

Home inspectors are not experts in every system of the home, but are trained to recognize conditions that require a specialist inspection.

Sewer Scoping  Temperarily unavailable

A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA tap or septic tank.   Sewer-scoping the line can reveal blockages, damage to the pipe system, and other problems, which are vital for homeowners and home buyers to be aware of.

Virtual Tour Photography

Virtual tours offer home buyers a remote, video-enabled walk-through of a property that will give them the sensation that they're actually there.    During this unsettling time of COVID-19,  this is a wonderful marketing tool to allow all to feel safer.
